Digital Design Technologies for Architecture - 2021

CADE3002 is one of the essential courses of the Architectural Technology program (T109) at the George Brown College. In this course, the students learn advanced techniques of Building Information Modeling using Revit and connected plugins. The students will develop Revit models including the building, structure, site and topography. They will create walls and floors using advanced methods including parametric design tools, Dynamo in Revit. They also present high quality renderings using Revit, Render in Cloud and linking the project to Twinmotion, Unreal Engine.

Just about every company seems to understand just how important customer service is and many have started to find ways to improve and measure customer service. Students working in teams will focus on the importance of service delivery as demonstrated by front line service providers, supervisors, and others in a service leadership role. They will dive a number of mission critical areas such as, the art of giving and receiving effective feedback and the importance of service quality standards and customer relationship management. An underlying theme is the effective use of communication skills including listening. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.

This course also serves as a stepping-stone from academia to industry by creating real-world experiences and networking opportunities.
