- Understanding how to stimulate consumer confidence.
- Identifying resilience in the Food and Beverage Industry.

- A written report detailing the challenges, understanding resilience in business, recommended tourism pathways, and action plan.
- A presentation with actionable recommendations based on the research results.

- Literature review for four pillars of research.
- Survey development and execution.
- Develop best practices strategies on industry research and consumer surveys.
- Identify business opportunities through location analysis and consumer surveys.
- Investigating the competitive landscape to identify key messaging for promotion of resilient business
- Develop project website and social media messaging
