Details

The Siraj Institute aims to transform its existing bookstore into a vibrant cultural cafe that serves as a community hub for students and locals. The goal is to create a welcoming space that combines the love of books with a rich cultural experience, offering a variety of activities such as book readings, cultural events, and art exhibitions. The project will involve redesigning the interior layout to accommodate a cafe area, selecting appropriate decor that reflects diverse cultures, and planning a menu that includes culturally inspired beverages and snacks. The team will also develop a marketing strategy to promote the new cultural cafe to the community. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge in interior design, marketing, and event planning, while working collaboratively to achieve a cohesive transformation.

Deliverables

- A detailed design plan that outlines the new layout and decor for the cultural cafe.

- A simple website layout that outlines the services offered at the cultural cafe.

- A proposed menu featuring culturally inspired beverages and snacks.

- A marketing strategy document that includes promotional activities and target audience analysis.

- A schedule of potential cultural events and activities to be hosted in the cafe.

- A final presentation summarizing the project outcomes and recommendations for implementation.
