- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create and manage a Reddit engagement campaign to increase awareness of Volunteer Success and drive traffic to our platform. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Working collaboratively as part of our social networking engagement team.
- Researching the target audience on Reddit and identifying relevant subreddits for engagement.
- Creating engaging and informative content to share on Reddit. This includes responding to and engaging Reddit users who have posted questions about how to find a volunteer opportunity in Canada.
- Developing a posting schedule and strategy to maximize engagement.
- Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on Reddit.
- Analyzing the campaign's performance and making adjustments as needed.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Research report on the target audience and relevant subreddits.
- Content calendar and strategy for posting on Reddit.
- Engagement metrics and analysis report.
- Recommendations for future engagement campaigns on Reddit.
Final deliverables:
- A final report including all research, content, strategy, and analysis.
- A presentation explaining the campaign's performance and key findings.

Student(s) will attend virtual team meetings and have access to staff time as needed. We will guide and advise student(s) on how to proceed, and what communication messaging to use. The project tasks are performed remotely, with constant online access to our team.

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:
- Social media marketing and engagement strategies.
- Content creation and copywriting.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Reddit platform and community guidelines.
