Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Our company is a start-up biotech company. Our first product to launch is targeted at B2B (business to business) and we require design and creation of marketing and communication materials to drive awareness of our business and create continuity in our communications. Our future customers are a very specific market so any marketing and communication materials created must match that target in order to be effective.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Research the marketing of our target customers and our competitors.

Understand our company goals and values, review what marketing has already been done well (ie our logo) and also what did not work well.

Use discussion and feedback to design and create a consistent theme in communication materials.

Design and deliver physical and digital marketing materials.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Access to our existing marketing files and logo. Access to any tools and technology required to create new materials.

Connection with someone who has expertise in the marketing field of our specific target customer.

Mentorship provided by 2 co-founders with expertise in business and science.
