The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy/plan for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year for Natalia Piano School. The plan needs to be applicable to all of the school's locations in New York, Connecticut, and California. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Conducting market research to understand the target audience in each location.
- Developing a marketing plan that includes online and offline strategies to reach potential students.
- Creating promotional materials and campaigns tailored to each location.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of previous marketing efforts and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the school's team to align the marketing strategy with the overall business goals.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Market research reports for each location, including demographics and preferences of potential students.
- A detailed marketing plan outlining strategies, tactics, and timelines for the upcoming school year.

- An analysis of the effectiveness of previous marketing efforts and recommendations for improvement.
- A presentation to the Natalia Huang Piano Studio team outlining the marketing strategy and its alignment with the business goals.
