What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create a creative marketing strategy for LaBante London, a vegan luxury brand that needs to reach different profiles including the vegan persona, the sustainable persona, and the status or stylish persona. The strategy should include both digital and physical campaigns, as well as the use of tech and AI for projects and pop-ups.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the current market trends and consumer behavior for luxury vegan products.


- Developing creative campaign ideas that appeal to the different target personas.


- Creating a strategy that fuses digital and physical campaigns, incorporating tech and AI where applicable.


- Planning and organizing pop-up events to promote the brand.


- Collaborating with the LaBante London team to ensure the strategy aligns with the brand's values and goals.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive marketing strategy document outlining creative campaign ideas including the use of tech (AI, CGI etc)


- Detailed plans for digital and physical campaigns, including proposed timelines and low budgets.


- Concepts for physical events such as pop-up events and strategies for their execution.


- Presentation materials for pitching the strategy to the LaBante London team.



Final deliverables:


- A final marketing strategy document with detailed plans and visuals. Visuals must be provided for each idea, and a social media example feed must be delivered.


- A presentation to the LaBante London team outlining the strategy and its potential impact. The How and Why are you targeting each persona.
