Requirements

·       Proficient English and Spanish.

·       University Degree in progress.

·       Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

·       WordPress web development an asset

·       Hardworking and not afraid to jump into new tasks.

Main Responsibilities

·       Internal Controls: Process flow documentation (IT/Accounting)

·       Internal Controls: JotForm template set up (New employee, AP, New User request, Confidentiality Agreement, etc.)

·       Data Analysis and presentation: support with development of dashboards.

·       Risk Management: Documentation of disaster recovery protocols

·       Risk Management: Research assistance with the corporate risk assessment matrix, documentation of controls/policies.

·       Legal: review a wide range of corporate documents to summarize key corporate details

·       Training – Excel/Word/PP tips and tricks (opportunity to present to the team)

·       Administrative: Cataloguing Media/Files (photos and images by subject)

·       Administrative: Website/social media assistance as applicable

·       Administrative: Review and improve organization of digital corporate files
