What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive road map for launching a CBD infused adaptogen drink in the Canadian market. This includes understanding the rules and regulations, creating a marketing strategy, and conducting full SWOT and PESTLE analyses to ensure a successful product launch.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


- Research and compile a detailed report on the rules and regulations for launching a CBD infused adaptogen drink in the Canadian market.


- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes target audience, branding, pricing, and distribution channels.


- Conduct a full SWOT analysis to identify the product's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Canadian market.


- Conduct a PESTLE analysis to understand the political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors that may impact the product launch.


- Create a roadmap that outlines the step-by-step process for launching the CBD infused adaptogen drink in the Canadian market.
