- What is the main goal for this project?

Our company, InnC LLC, offers an online platform (Artnbuff) to foster a global community focused on the appreciation and dissemination of art and culture. By showcasing creativity, facilitating knowledge sharing, and connecting diverse cultures, Artnbuff provides artists and artisans a platform to showcase and sell their work directly, supporting their aspirations and enabling consumers to acquire authentic artwork and crafts.
This platform currently includes multiple websites (live) and mobile apps (under development). The main website, www.artnbuff.com, is a starting point for new site visitors to inform them about the platform and its features and navigate them to various subsites for their specific needs. We are looking for ways to provide a better user experience to the website visitors.
This project aims to review and recommend the website UI/UX design (including, but not limited to, web page design, navigation menu, CTA, etc.) for a better user experience.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

1) Project Plan- Identify goals, and milestones, and set a timeline for the project
2) Review requirements and existing designs.
- Familiarize themselves with the artnbuff websites to understand the platform objective, functionalities, branding, and feedback already present.
- Design Audit- Audit the current website design to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
3) Identify/Define UI/UX design elements (Banner, CTA, Page Sections, Navigation Menu, etc.) to address the identified pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
4) Redesign Recommendation—Design improved flows for the distinct user types. Workshop ideas and turn them into mockups of the webpages and other components (as applicable).
5) Finalize—Hand off all deliverables and findings in a package that allows your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our goals, target market, products and services
- Input on choices, problems, or anything else the students might encounter.
Students will also get supported in the following ways.
- Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kick-off call
- With a regular weekly check-in call
- Reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to ensure progress is not blocked.
- Allow the learners to share the work they do for us in job search materials
