MYO Cosmetic Cases Inc. is looking to expand its customer base by leveraging data analysis via artificial intelligence and its marketing efforts. The goal of this project is to identify and target a new customer market using AI tools and techniques. The project involves analyzing existing customer data to uncover insights and trends, which will inform the development of a tailored marketing strategy. Students will apply their knowledge of research, marketing principles and Ai to create a comprehensive plan that includes digital marketing tactics, personalized content, and predictive analytics. The project aims to enhance MYO Cosmetic Cases Inc.'s market reach and increase sales by effectively engaging a new audience.


Luxury Market: Travellers, Flight Attendants, Travel Points Programs

Retail: High end retail eg. Holt Renfrew, Luxe Spas and On board Luxe Travel

Transportation eg. Cruises, trains, airplanes

Demographics: 25-65 years old

Income: mid-high to higher end

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed report and presentation outlining the proposed marketing strategy. The report should include data analysis findings, a description of the target market, and a comprehensive marketing plan. Additionally, students will provide examples of personalized marketing content and a demonstration of the predictive analytics model used to forecast sales.
