- What is the main goal for this project?

The Eva project aims to support the growth of the Eva platform in Quebec providing last-mile delivery to retailers. In pursuit of this objective, we're committed to facilitating a wide range of tasks that are essential for sustaining our current organic growth trajectory. Between Q1 2024 and Q2 2024, we seek assistance at various levels, particularly in roles suited for entry-level individuals, which will provide valuable experience in the dynamic environment of a burgeoning startup.
To this end, we're in need of two bilingual interns who can contribute their expertise, primarily in the fields of finance and accounting, as well as assist with other critical responsibilities like data entry and managing specific technical aspects of the platform.

- Analyzing data from previous months.
- Providing daily updates on accounts receivable.
- Entering overdue invoices.
- Making projections regarding the onboarding of driver members.
- Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Receiving and assisting with technical support fallback calls.
- Conducting weekly reviews of driver member onboarding.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

We offer all the assistance required for the intern to join the team, included but not limited to, mentorship, training, access to data, and so on. Possibility of working in-person if in Montreal.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

During the internship, you will have a wide range of learning opportunities. We are committed to providing training and essential tools for your success. This includes temporarily providing you with an Apple MacBook Pro 2022 laptop, access to software such as Asana, Share Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dynamics, as well as various resources on the Eva platform. To make the most of these resources, the following skills are required.
- Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
- Completion of at least one year of university education.
- A basic understanding of accounting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
