The Eva project aims to support the growth of the Eva platform in Quebec providing last-mile delivery to retailers. In pursuit of this objective, we're committed to facilitating a wide range of tasks that are essential for sustaining our current organic growth trajectory. Between Q1 2024 and Q2 2024, we seek assistance at various levels, particularly in roles suited for entry-level individuals, which will provide valuable experience in the dynamic environment of a burgeoning startup.

To this end, we're in need of two bilingual interns who can contribute their expertise, primarily in the fields of finance and accounting, as well as assist with other critical responsibilities like data entry and managing specific technical aspects of the platform.

The listed tasks are not exhaustive but encompass a significant portion of the responsibilities crucial for the success of the Eva project.

• Analyzing data from previous months.
• Providing daily updates on accounts receivable.
• Entering overdue invoices.
• Making projections regarding the onboarding of driver members.
• Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Receiving and assisting with technical support fallback calls.
• Conducting weekly reviews of driver member onboarding.
