- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to develop a series of iterative prototypes to explore opportunities to identify objects using inductive sensing. This will involve several different steps including:
- Researching and understanding the principles of inductive sensing technology.
- Designing and building initial prototype models for object identification.
- Testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the prototypes in identifying different types of objects.
- Iteratively refining the prototypes based on testing results and feedback.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The following task shall be completed:
- Assessment of sensor abilities, limitations and appropriateness for this application.
- Initial prototype models for object identification.
- Testing results and evaluation of the prototypes' effectiveness.
- Iteratively refined prototype models based on testing and feedback.
Final deliverables should include:
- All source materials related to the research, design, and testing.
- Documentation of the iterative refinement process and the final prototype model(s).

We will provide materials and program guidance as well as mentoring. We are a Product Design company specializing in Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering for consumer products. We do not offer Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering, so will look to the Learner for this.
This is an internal exploration, not for a client. So timeline and varied results are fairly casual. Would be a good student program.

In order to successfully complete this project, learners should have the following skills:
- Understanding of electrical engineering principles and circuit design.
- Knowledge of sensor technologies and their applications.
- Experience with prototyping and iterative design processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret testing results for iterative refinement.
