Our company provides lean consulting services for small to medium scale manufacturers in the Automotive sector of Southwest Ontario, Canada. We hope to employ a data driven and methodical approach for our marketing strategy.

We want students to help us build a LinkedIN and email marketing campaign to grow and engage our target market.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Understanding the small to medium manufacturing landscape of Ontario
  • Understanding our Products and offerings
  • Market research to test our offerings and products
  • Develop Linkedin and Email marketing campaign
  • Suggest other ways to promote our company

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Developing graphic design for white papers
  • Providing suggestions on how to improve our content
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with our marketing goals and strategies
  • Understanding of customer perceptions of our brand
  • Recommendations for marketing campaign
  • Identification of an advertising budget

Bonus steps would include:

  • Creation of White papers with graphic design
