Objective: Facilitate the effective evaluation of potential New Canadians and first-time entrepreneurs using Catapult Startups; assessment process, ensuring high-potential entrepreneurs are prioritized and appropriately guided to suitable programs or external organizations.

Duration: 60–80 hours over a period of 2–8 weeks.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Entrepreneur Assessment:

  • Conduct initial assessments of prospective New Canadians and first-time entrepreneurs to evaluate their fit for Catapult Startups' programs and services.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential entrepreneurs based on predefined evaluation criteria.

2. Information Sharing:

  • Collect and organize relevant information from assessments to support consultants in making informed recommendations regarding suitable programs or connections to external organizations.


3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of entrepreneur assessments, including outcomes and recommended next steps.
  • Provide actionable feedback to enhance the assessment framework and optimize the intake process.
Deliverables

Deliverables:

1. Assessment Reports:

  • Complete detailed assessment reports for 10–15 prospective New Canadians and first-time entrepreneurs, including prioritized recommendations for program enrollment or external referrals.


2. Process Feedback:

  • Share insights and suggestions to refine the assessment and intake process for improved evaluation and onboarding of New Canadians and first-time entrepreneurs.
