My Broker Pro aims to increase sales, expand market presence, and help mortgage brokers grow their own businesses through a strategic growth initiative: the "Free Challenge" program. This program will engage 100 mortgage brokers, equipping them with tools and strategies to increase their sales while showcasing the value of MBP’s services.

The project’s goal is to create a compelling, hands-on experience that drives broker success and encourages adoption of the platform. Students will design and implement the challenge by developing clear objectives, activities, and metrics for success. This initiative not only boosts MBP’s sales and market reach but also empowers brokers to grow their businesses, while providing students with real-world experience in marketing, strategic planning, and CRM technology.

Deliverables

Project Deliverables:

  1. Marketing Strategy Refinement: Revise MBP’s current marketing approach to align with the "Free Challenge."
  2. Lead Generation Funnels: Design and optimize lead funnels and engagement workflows using Go High Level.
  3. Automated Systems: Build workflows, pipelines, and automations to streamline participant engagement and lead management.
  4. KPI Dashboard: Develop a custom dashboard to track conversion rates, revenue growth, referral sources, and individual participant metrics.
  5. Data Analysis Report: Analyze results to identify success factors, broker challenges, and actionable recommendations.
  6. Marketing Content: Create email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials for the challenge.
  7. Launch and Post-Launch Plans: Execute and monitor the "Free Challenge," adjusting strategies based on feedback.
  8. Research Report: Deliver a comprehensive summary of findings, providing insights for scaling and improving future programs.

Additional Contributions:

  • Conduct interviews with participants for qualitative feedback.
  • Propose a sustainability plan to extend the "Free Challenge" beyond the initial phase.
