Objective: Increase awareness of Catapult Startups programs among key target communities, focusing on New Canadians and first-time entrepreneurs. Duration: 80-120 hours over a period of 2–8 weeks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Community Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with community organizations, Regional Innovation Networks (RINs), local Chambers of Commerce, financial institutions, government organizations, non-profits, and cultural groups to foster collaboration and support. 2. Awareness Campaigns: Collaborate with the Catapult Team to plan and execute outreach initiatives aimed at engaging New Canadians and first-time entrepreneurs. Support marketing efforts, including creating and managing social media campaigns, to share success stories and promote program benefits. 3. Feedback Gathering: Gather insights from target communities about their needs, expectations, and challenges related to entrepreneurship. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and improve program offerings based on community feedback.

Provide actionable feedback to enhance the assessment framework and optimize the intake process.
