Oversee the organization, scheduling, communication, and task-tracking involved in managing the marketing rollout for Eluxe Society’s social media presence and campaign initiatives.


Scope of work

  • Create a master project timeline for all marketing deliverables and deadlines.
  • Support in assigning and tracking tasks, ensuring team accountability and on-time delivery.
  • Audit and use current project management tools (like Airtable and/or Notion) to manage workflows and updates.
  • Maintain regular documentation and notes on outreach, partnership status, and cross-team activities.
  • Assist with internal communication by coordinating meetings, updates, and reporting.
  • Support performance tracking by collecting and organizing campaign and engagement metrics.
Deliverables

Key Deliverables:

  • A detailed marketing rollout project plan and task tracker.
  • Weekly progress summaries for the Eluxe Society team.
  • Risk log and mitigation plan (what could go wrong and how to handle it).
  • Final project summary with reflection on process improvement opportunities.
