The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report outlining the proposed sustainable procurement strategy, a presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations, and a set of guidelines for implementing the strategy. Additionally, learners will provide a list of potential sustainable suppliers and a cost-benefit analysis of the proposed changes. These deliverables will equip A&A Pharmachem with the tools needed to transition towards more sustainable procurement practices.
