The Amazing Race Bruce Grey is gearing up for its 6th annual event in September 2025. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the marketing efforts for the event, ensuring a successful turnout and increased awareness of the Rotary Club's initiatives. The project involves creating engaging digital content for both the Rotary Club and the Amazing Race event, developing a comprehensive content schedule, and updating website content on www.amazingracebrucegrey.ca. Additionally, the project includes administrative support and event planning tasks, such as securing sponsorships and designing event challenges. The marketing strategy will focus on recruiting participants for the Amazing Race and raising awareness about the club's activities, aiming to attract a diverse group of participants and supporters.

Deliverables

The project will result in several key deliverables: a suite of digital marketing content tailored for social media and the website, a detailed content schedule outlining the timing and platform for each piece of content, and updated website content that effectively communicates the event's details and objectives. Additionally, the project will produce a sponsorship plan and a set of creative event challenges designed to engage participants and highlight the event's unique aspects.
