Scope:

Phase 1:

1. Baselining infection rates to understand opportunity for awareness and understanding of efficacy of vaccines
2. Documenting all inputs and outputs from vaccinations across all population demographics
3. Compiling and Structuring all inputs and outputs from vaccinations across all population demographics
4. Modeling multi-variables leading to high safety and efficacy of vaccines
5. Arriving at key inputs to optimize time and level of vaccinations in a given population
6. Optimizing factors for getting vaccinated
7. Understanding safety and efficacy of Vaccines toward overall health and longevity
8. Enrolling a high level of people for Vaccinations as well as Lifestyle Management

Phase 2:

1. Creating an Animation to demonstrate Output of Phase 1
2. Designing and Developing an App to launch, based on information from Phase 1

Tasks to be executed:

Phase 1 and 2 can be executed by two different student team resources within or outside of the Institution

Phase 1:

7. Understand safety and efficacy of Vaccines toward overall health and longevity End Game
8. Enroll a high level of people for Vaccinations as well as Lifestyle Management

Phase 2:

1. Create an Animation to demonstrate Output of Phase 1
2. Design and Develop an App to launch, based on information from Phase 1

Team members at MGBS as well as "C" level executive per need.

Team and MGBS Inc. will decide frequency of meeting, length of meetings, effectiveness of meetings and most importantly escalation protocol of any issues coming from either side on a proactive and a constructive basis. Goal is to reduce meeting frequency and time and focus on meetings to celebrate milestone completion and lessons learned.

Top contributing factor for success is ability to escalate and collaboratively resolve to success and operate harmoniously as a TEAM.
