UnhingedDatingApp is preparing to enter the competitive online dating market. The project aims to validate market demand and develop a strategic marketing plan to ensure a successful launch. The primary objective is to confirm the target audience's interest and refine the app's positioning based on market insights. The project will involve conducting surveys, focus groups, and competitor analysis to gather valuable data. Additionally, the team will create a pre-launch marketing strategy that includes identifying key marketing channels, crafting messaging that resonates with potential users, and planning promotional activities to generate buzz. Familiarizing themselves with our startup

Researching the industry and competitive landscape

Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, product, and services.

Develop pre-launch strategy for a geo-targeted Toronto launch



Final deliverables should include:

A market analysis report and presentation
