Details

Aventura Analytics aims to develop a prototype for a Data Analytics Engine that can process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. The project focuses on creating a streamlined engine that can handle data input via API endpoints or databases, transform and process the data using pre-defined business use cases (logistics, E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Finance), and output efficiently on a simplified dashboard. The goal is to enable users to make data-driven decisions by providing them with clear, actionable insights. Users are also able to query the data using natural language processing like ChatGPT, macro-economic insights on key themes scrapped from the internet via Python scripts. Part of the Analytics tasks is 3D visualization to see actual data set but also predictive insight about their data using some ML algorithms like anomaly detection, impact analysis, data clustering, trends and decision tree. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data visualization techniques. The engine should be designed to handle various data formats and provide customizable analytics options. The team will work on optimizing the engine for speed and accuracy, ensuring it can process data in real-time or near-real-time scenarios. The project will also involve creating a user-friendly interface that allows users to interact with the engine and visualize the results effectively.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a functional prototype of the Data Analytics Engine, complete with a user interface and documentation. The prototype should be capable of processing sample datasets and generating visual reports. Additionally, the team will provide a detailed report outlining the engine's architecture, data processing capabilities, and potential areas for future enhancement.
