As our organization continues to grow and adopt new ways to track/target, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee performance management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tools and recently created skill planning program. We want to use this opportunity to have an assessment completed of our entire performance management processes and systems, to review the overall effectiveness and efficiency. Not only to ensure they're aligned with our company values and useful tools for our workforce, but also to provide us with recommendations for further improvement to drive employee's performance and participation.We use a number of performance management tracking and planning tools, plus the most recent creation of a skill-development program to enhance employee learning, and performance.

Sales Process Optimization

We would like you to review and document our current sales process, define a strategy, and generate training material for new hires. Based on your research and industry best practices, you should develop new messaging and sales call scripts to help us increase the quality and number of leads generated.We would like to have the sales process itself reviewed and have recommendations provided relating to improving customer touchpoints, and enhancing their journey through the sales process to deliver better results (for us as a business, and for our clients).The insights that you provide will help our team improve lead generation and increase conversion rates to drive more sales, while ensuring the customer experience remains a priority.

Client Research and Insights

We are looking to have students interview a number of our customers, in order to put together content pieces describing those customers' experience with our company. We would like to better understand ways to increase customer brand loyalty, and increase their overall retention as a client. Feedback on what we're doing great, and what needs to change from their perspectives.We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Website Development Updates

We would like to have students recreate some of our website pages, and add a new home page for our e-commerce shop. We recently switched to WordPress and require assistance with updating the content and copy, the layout in certain areas, and the backend where the meta data and tags are needed. Students should be prepared to:Update the pages to be fully-functioning as part of the website, Update the backend of the website for applicable and appropriate meta data and H1 tags,Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.

To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a details but straightforward plan that guides them in researching to find new prospects, identifying key contacts to connect with, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our B2B target market.

Recruitment Video Production

We want to set our organization apart from the competition with a vibrant, compelling recruitment video. Our industry is tough to recruit for and having candidates understand the difference in our company vs. our competitors is the best starting point! Sales Process Audit

We want you to investigate our sales funnel to help us understand why prospects are falling off and what changes we should make to increase sales and overall conversion rates. You will have access to our President who oversees our Account Manager(s) and sales activities to collect and discuss information. We'll also provide all current sales collateral for review, and supply high level data, but not individual account information.

Reduce Employee Turnover

Recently we have seen a decrease in the life cycle of our employees. Previously, individuals progressed through one or more roles within the organization over 2-5 years, and would continue on to higher ranking positions. We have a handful of staff employed for over 15+ years, and we'd like to experience that again. This has significantly decreased and we are unable to pinpoint what the exact reason for this might be. We have faced industry challenges and competitors battling for staff, and it would be great to have a better grasp on what is the cause and solution to match. With employee turnover at an all-time high, we are finding that this to be expensive for our organization from a hiring standpoint, but also from a cultural/moral standpoint.
