- What is the main goal for this project?

We want to focus on the development and training of our people.
To assist us, we would like to collaborate with students to design training programs, specifically on-boarding training. The office furniture industry is a physically demanding one. It is imperative that new workers are trained on the safest ways to maneuver, lift, carry, transport the various pieces we are required to relocate for our clients.
Any given day can have the team moving desks, tables, art work, filing cabinets, printers, computers, credenza’s, sofas, chairs, surfaces, overheads – anything that is in an office.
The main goal is for the students to develop a fully functioning on-the-job training program using videos, pictures, and manuals.

The high-level training design should be based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, and implementation guidelines. You will work with our HR Manager and Crew Manager to gather training requirements and use innovation to build out training modules and assessment tools.
