We would like you to review and document our current sales process, define a strategy, and generate training material for new hires. Based on your research and industry best practices, you should develop new messaging and sales call scripts to help us increase the quality and number of leads generated.

We would like to have the sales process itself reviewed and have recommendations provided relating to improving customer touchpoints, and enhancing their journey through the sales process to deliver better results (for us as a business, and for our clients).

The insights that you provide will help our team improve lead generation and increase conversion rates to drive more sales, while ensuring the customer experience remains a priority.

• A 10-page report detailing your research, recommended solutions, and an implementation plan.
• A Sales Handbook outlining the recommended sales process and strategy that aligns with our business' needs. This Handbook should also include sales scripts for emails and sales calls.
• A 10-minute presentation on the contents of the report and handbook.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. The students will communicate directly with our Account Manager(s) and the company President to gather any the necessary details.
