Performance Management Process Review
As our organization continues to grow and adopt new ways to track/target, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee performance management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tools and recently created skill planning program. We want to use this opportunity to have an assessment completed of our entire performance management processes and systems, to review the overall effectiveness and efficiency. Not only to ensure they're aligned with our company values and useful tools for our workforce, but also to provide us with recommendations for further improvement to drive employee's performance and participation. We use a number of performance management tracking and planning tools, plus the most recent creation of a skill-development program to enhance employee learning, and performance.
Client Research and Insights
We are looking to have students interview a number of our customers, in order to put together content pieces describing those customers' experience with our company. We would like to better understand ways to increase customer brand loyalty, and increase their overall retention as a client. Feedback on what we're doing great, and what needs to change from their perspectives. We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for: Interview scheduling Developing the list of questions, with our input Conducting the interviews (virtually) with customers Writing the insights and research information gathered in an easily comprehendible format Presenting the research and insights in a PDF document that uses our branding Following up with the customers to thank them for their participation
Website Development Updates
We would like to have students recreate some of our website pages, and add a new home page for our e-commerce shop. We recently switched to WordPress and require assistance with updating the content and copy, the layout in certain areas, and the backend where the meta data and tags are needed. Students should be prepared to: Update the pages to be fully-functioning as part of the website, Update the backend of the website for applicable and appropriate meta data and H1 tags, Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.

We would like to equip our sales team with a details but straightforward plan that guides them in researching to find new prospects, identifying key contacts to connect with, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our B2B target market.
