We are looking to have students interview a number of our customers, in order to put together content pieces describing those customers' experience with our company. We would like to better understand ways to increase customer brand loyalty, and increase their overall retention as a client. Feedback on what we're doing great, and what needs to change from their perspectives.

We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for:

• Interview scheduling
• Developing the list of questions, with our input
• Conducting the interviews (virtually) with customers
• Writing the insights and research information gathered in an easily comprehendible format
• Presenting the research and insights in a PDF document that uses our branding
• Following up with the customers to thank them for their participation

Insights gathered from each client should be no longer than 1 page each and are to be written up and presented to the company.

Our objective is to create content that highlights positive customer experiences with our organization, which can be used for multiple purposes. As well as gathering general insights into client motivations to purchase, and ways to increase retention of the services provided to them as clients.

Possible uses for the content:

1. Shared with prospects in the sales process
2. Published to our blog
3. Downloadable or shared collateral for customers
4. Included in our client and employee newsletter in full or in part

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship throughout the project. Students will be connected with a number of our clients to gather the necessary information required to collect insights and the desired research.
