We would like to equip our sales team with a details but straightforward plan that guides them in researching to find new prospects, identifying key contacts to connect with, and reaching out with compelling messages.
We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our B2B target market.
The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should clearly and strategically assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable concise recommendations that will increase sales conversions. The deliverable should include specific wording to use for the initial interaction, as well as scripts for a variety of client responses that may be received in response to the initial reach out.
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Students will work alongside our Account Manager(s) and our President as they're the people who interact daily within the sales side of our business.
