- What is the main goal for this project?

We want you to investigate our sales funnel to help us understand why prospects are falling off and what changes we should make to increase sales and overall conversion rates.
You will have access to our President who oversees our Account Manager(s) and sales activities to collect and discuss information. We'll also provide all current sales collateral for review, and supply high level data, but not individual account information.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final project deliverable is a 10-page written report detailing our current sales process and your recommended changes.
The report should include:
- A visual graphic of current sales process, that's relatively easy to understand for all our depts.
- Current touch-points between prospect & sales team.
- Current sales collateral that is exchanged.
- Drop-off rates between each sales stage and any patterns identified.
- Overall recommendations for improvement.
