No skills listedRecently we have seen a decrease in the life cycle of our employees. Previously, individuals progressed through one or more roles within the organization over 2-5 years, and would continue on to higher ranking positions. We have a handful of staff employed for over 15+ years, and we'd like to experience that again. This has significantly decreased and we are unable to pinpoint what the exact reason for this might be. We have faced industry challenges and competitors battling for staff, and it would be great to have a better grasp on what is the cause and solution to match. With employee turnover at an all-time high, we are finding that this to be expensive for our organization from a hiring standpoint, but also from a cultural/moral standpoint.
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report including suggestions and/or action items to take to reduce employee turnover
- A 30-minute presentation
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. This will include connecting directly with our HR & Safety Manager, and our Operations Manager.
