- What is the main goal for this project?

As our organization continues to grow and adopt new ways to track/target, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee performance management.
We have a desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tools and recently created skill planning program.
We want to use this opportunity to have an assessment completed of our entire performance management processes and systems, to review the overall effectiveness and efficiency. Not only to ensure they're aligned with our company values and useful tools for our workforce, but also to provide us with recommendations for further improvement to drive employee's performance and participation.
We use a number of performance management tracking and planning tools, plus the most recent creation of a skill-development program to enhance employee learning, and performance.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report that will include the findings and detailed recommendations with specific timelines
- A 30-minute presentation
