Project Description:

Welcome to Passion To Profit Blueprint! I am thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to an innovative project, Product Launch Strategy.


Company Overview:

Core Values and Mission: As a solopreneur, I pride myself on fostering empowerment, authenticity, and resilience. My mission is to create a supportive environment where midlife women can overcome self-doubt, rediscover their passions, and build fulfilling, purpose-driven businesses.


Student Experience Level: Any experience level would be great. I have an in-depth background in online marketing, students will receive regular coaching, mentorship and support where needed. The output of this project should be a simple but effective launch strategy with creative, out-of-the-box ideas and a mix of traditional launch approaches. This project can meet the requirement of 60 hours over 2-8 weeks. Note: A strategy previously developed by me can be leveraged for this project if the students would like.


Main Goal:

The primary objective of this project is to create:

  • A high-converting launch strategy for digital products. Including the necessary systems that need to be in place. 
  • A detailed rollout plan for the launch strategy.
Deliverables

Project Scope:

  • Develop a detailed social media strategy (platforms, approach e.g., creation of new accounts, leverage existing accounts, optimizing a "faceless" page strategy) 
  • Create a funnel/system approach to support the launch of digital products. 
  • Identify 5 key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.


Project Details/Tasks:

  • Task 1: Research social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including specific content themes, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
  • Task 2: Based on research, develop a social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including specific content themes, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
  • Task 3: Create an email and possibly an ads campaign to promote the digital products, including example templates, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Task 4: Define KPIs (e.g., audience growth, engagement rates, and email open/click-through rates) and create a tracking sheet that can be used to measure the success of the digital marketing plan.


Final Deliverables:

  • Deliverable 1: A complete social media strategy document, including platform-specific plans and content examples.
  • Deliverable 2: An email marketing campaign package, including templates and a campaign performance reporting template.
  • Deliverable 3: A KPI performance dashboard template that showcases metrics and progress toward goals.
