- Identify their strengths, weaknesses, pricing models, and unique features.
- Analyze trends, barriers to entry, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare a detailed report with actionable recommendations.
- Market Expansion Research (Week 3-4):
- Identify key high-potential markets in Canada, emphasizing underserved regions.
- Research demographics, healthcare needs, and potential client bases (e.g., physiotherapy clinics, senior care facilities).
- Develop a market expansion strategy with targeted recommendations.
- Lead Generation (Week 4-5):
- Compile a list of potential business leads (clinics, healthcare providers, insurance firms).
- Research decision-makers and gather contact details.
