- Project management with lean startup methodology
- Product Management
- Product launch planning
- Helping fundraise for our social business.
- Graphically designing the app (graphic game design, UI and UX)
- Creating partnerships with organizations and managing PR
- Researching and creating content around world issues
- App development (IOS/Android)

- Project management with lean startup methodology (plan/develop the project idea, help manage app dev and graphic design teams, prioritize tasks for launch and multiple iterations, help with smooth handoffs etc.)
- Product Management (user research and analysis for features in-app, story mapping/futurespective, design ideas and working with graphic/UX designers)
- Graphic/UX/UI design (for app features to be coded in by our app dev team) and creating marketing media (start branding and Instagram content creation)
- Product launch planning
- Helping fundraise for our social business (help with pitch deck, financial breakdown, crowdfunding campaign etc)
- Creating partnerships (create business collaborations with other charities and ethical businesses)
- Researching and creating content around world issues (create content snippets that are engaging for youth, so we can add to our app)
- App development (IOS/Android to add onto what we have already built)
Our team can work closely with students to guide them through working in a social business and offer feedback/educational resources for entrepreneurial growth.
About the company
Etherea is innovative app that uses AI, AR, psychology and emerging research to help youth change their lives (with 6 personal development themes: Mental Health, Physical Health, Financial Freedom, Spreading Kindness, Personal Growth and Relationship-building) and global issues (with 9 world issue themes including Poverty & World Hunger, Gender Equality, LGBTQ+ Rights, Climate Change & the Environment, Animal Welfare, Racial Justice, Disability Rights, Children's Rights, and Current Affairs). Users can do theme-based impactful missions for points, explore animated/AR educational worlds, join team challenges for mega prizes, attend events with world leaders, find relevant resources (books, podcasts, videos and movies), shop ethical/eco-friendly small businesses run by marginalized communities and more!
It’s a one-stop hub for resources, education, activism and measurable impact with content and features created in collaboration with professors from top universities like Harvard, Cornell, and the University of Toronto, UN diplomats, theme-based experts, and over 100 of the most inspiring/impressive youth activists from over 80 countries around the world, including Forbes 30 Under 30, Diana Award Winners, BBC 100 Women, Vogue 21 Under 21, TIME 100 honorees, high-level policy advisors and huge non-profit founders helping hundreds within their community.
Etherea will be accessible to youth through the app stores and is also being implemented in schools globally, with pilot programs being launched in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Thailand, the Bahamas, Canada, Ghana and South Africa.
