- How will you support learners in completing the project?

The learner will work closely with the supervising manager who will be available for questions between Monday and Saturday each week. They will be shown Jobby's website and work with our UX design reviewer to identify the weakest areas in Jobby's website UI. They will have 1-2 meetings a week with their manager to determine their progress, get them constructive criticism and feedback on what they are doing well. Regular communication will take place through Slack.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

In order to complete this project, students should have experience with:
- UI/UX design and development.
- User interface and user experience evaluation.
- Testing and debugging user interfaces.
- basic understanding of website development
Students should also have knowledge of:
- Design principles.
- Accessibility standards.
- Usability principles.
Students will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project goes along.
