What is the main goal for this project?

We’re reaching out to you with an exciting and impactful opportunity that’s bubbling with creativity, innovation, and a whole lot of heart! Introducing: “My Student Wellbeing,” a vibrant startup on a mission to revolutionize the way students perceive and engage with mental health, and other, resources. 🚀

What’s “My Student Wellbeing” All About?

“My Student Wellbeing” is not just a platform; it’s a movement! A movement dedicated to empowering students by offering them a treasure trove of resources designed to cater to every facet of their wellbeing - be it physical, mental, financial, or beyond. We believe in a holistic approach, and we’re on a quest to make wellbeing accessible, relatable, and, most importantly, fun!

Why We Need YOUR Creative Geniuses?

We’re on the hunt for innovative minds and compassionate hearts that can help us breathe life into our content. We need YOUR students’ creativity to flourish in the forms of text, graphic design, videos, and any other magical medium they can think of. This is a chance for them to put their skills to the test, make a genuine difference, and have a blast while doing it!

Our Goal?

To create a space where students feel seen, heard, and supported. A space that’s not just a platform, but a community. A space where the content isn’t just read, but felt and lived. We’re here to break the monotony and make learning about wellbeing as engaging as scrolling through their favorite social media feeds!

Why Partner with Us?

  1. Make a Real Impact: Your students’ work will be at the forefront of student wellbeing, helping thousands of their peers nationwide.
  2. Unleash Creativity: There are no limits to their creativity! From articles and infographics to videos and interactive quizzes – if they can dream it, we want it!
  3. Skill Development: This project is a perfect playground for students to hone their content creation skills, learn about mental health, and add a sparkling new project to their portfolios.
  4. Be Part of a Movement: Join us in creating a ripple effect of positivity, awareness, and wellbeing across campuses and beyond!

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

This project posting is intended to be broad to appeal to instructors and classes in a variety of areas such as marketing, writing, design, and more. Some of the possible tasks students could complete may include (but we're also very flexible with the deliverables of the project, as the most important thing is what do your students want to learn about and what skills do they want to develop, and we'll figure out how to tailor our needs around giving your student(s) the best experience possible).

1. **Content Creation and Writing**:

  - Develop informative articles, blog posts, and guides on various mental health and wellbeing topics tailored to students.

  - Craft engaging stories or testimonials sharing personal journeys and experiences related to mental health.

2. **Graphic Design and Multimedia Production**:

  - Design eye-catching infographics, posters, and social media graphics to visually communicate mental health concepts.

  - Create short video clips or animations that provide quick mental health tips or debunk common myths.

3. **Research and Resource Compilation**:

  - Conduct thorough research to gather evidence-based information on student wellbeing topics.

  - Compile a list of external resources, tools, and support services available for students.

4. **Educational Materials and Virtual Lessons**:

  - Develop educational books, pamphlets, or e-books that cover essential mental health or other topics in an easily digestible format.

  - Create interactive virtual lessons or webinars that educate students on mental health practices and self-care strategies.

5. **Marketing and Outreach**:

  - Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the "My Student Wellbeing" platform and its resources to a wider student audience.

  - Engage in social media campaigns to increase the platform’s visibility and reach.

6. **User Experience and Feedback Collection**:

  - Design surveys or feedback forms to collect user experiences and suggestions for improving the platform.

  - Analyze the collected data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

7. **Community Building and Engagement**:

  - Organize virtual or in-person events, workshops, or support groups that foster a sense of community and promote wellbeing.

  - Encourage peer-to-peer support and create a safe space for students to share their experiences and advice.

8. **Innovative Solutions and Tools Development**:

  - Brainstorm and develop innovative tools or apps that aid in promoting mental health and wellbeing among students.

  - Create gamified experiences or challenges that motivate students to engage with mental health resources.

9. **Accessibility and Inclusion**:

  - Ensure that all content and resources created are accessible to students with diverse needs and backgrounds.

  - Work on translating the content into different languages to cater to a broader audience.

By engaging in these tasks, learners will not only contribute significantly to the project’s success but also develop a comprehensive skill set that encompasses content creation, design, research, community engagement, and much more. The collaborative and multidisciplinary nature of these tasks ensures that every learner, regardless of their field of study or expertise, can find a meaningful way to contribute and learn through this project.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Tyler here, Founder of My Student Wellbeing! I am genuinely excited about your interest in our project, and I’m looking forward to what we can accomplish together to improve students' wellbeing. As the Founder, my role is not just to oversee the project, but to be a direct line of support and inspiration for each of your students.

Should we work together, I can support the students by organizing regular video sessions for brainstorming, progress updates, and/or addressing any challenges that may arise (frequency of video sessions and contact would depend on the scope of the project and needs of the student(s).

My door will always be open for communication. Whether you or your students have questions, need feedback, or simply wish to share your thoughts, I am here to listen and assist. I am committed to creating an environment where every voice is heard and every effort is valued.

Let’s embark on this journey together, with enthusiasm and a shared vision for enhancing student wellbeing through our platform.
