The Adam Project.org helps people easily find free mental/behavioral health resources (articles, podcasts, assessments, videos) and free providers (therapists, coaches, IOP, detox) throughout America. Currently we have over 2,500 resources covering most conditions. We also have over 1,300 providers.

Our site is 100% frictionless. There's no registering, logging in, or paying. By removing these barriers, our goal is for people to start to get the care they need without having to disclose personal information or making any types of payment.

Our goal is to help remove or reduce "the sting" from someone's mental/behavioral health journey which ultimately, can help make the world a better place - one person at a time.
