Details

Instagrooms is the gig platform for horse industry, think and Uber or a Fiverr for horse services. Instagrooms is seeking to enhance its ability to secure funding through small business grants in Canada and the USA. The project aims to develop comprehensive grant applications focused on areas such as Research & Development, marketing, market expansion, hiring, and internships. The goal is to create a set of well-researched and compelling grant proposals that align with the specific criteria of various funding bodies. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of business communication, research, and strategic planning. The team will analyze grant opportunities, understand eligibility requirements, and craft tailored applications that highlight Instagrooms' strengths and potential for growth. This project will help Instagrooms increase its chances of securing financial support for its strategic initiatives.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a portfolio of at least three completed grant applications tailored to specific funding opportunities. Each application will include a detailed project description, budget outline, and justification for funding. Additionally, a summary report will be provided, outlining the research conducted on potential grants and the strategic approach taken for each application. The deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to effectively communicate Instagrooms' value proposition and align it with grant objectives.

Students are excepted to research agricultural, startup, innovative, tech savvy grants that Instagrooms would qualify for, and write grant project proposals to get approved.
