This project aims to conduct a data-driven market analysis for Natush Media, a production company specializing in Legacy Documentaries for individuals and family-owned businesses. Students will use machine learning models and data visualization tools to analyze market trends, identify target customer segments, and provide actionable business intelligence. The findings will help determine pricing feasibility, ideal customer profiles, and marketing strategies.

Deliverables

Market Segmentation & Customer Profiling:

  • Use machine learning (clustering algorithms) to segment high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family-owned businesses in South Florida.
  • Determine what net worth threshold makes an individual willing to invest $30,000 in a Legacy Documentary for personal use.
  • Identify industries and businesses with $2.5M - $5M in gross revenue that may be willing to invest $25,000 in a company legacy documentary.

Revenue & Industry Analysis:

  • Gather data on businesses within the $2.5M - $5M revenue range.
  • Identify key industries in South Florida with a high concentration of businesses in this revenue bracket.
  • Provide insights on B2B vs. B2C businesses in this range and how their spending behaviors differ.

Lead Generation & Business Targeting:

  • Develop a strategy to obtain a list of businesses in South Florida that fall within the target revenue range.
  • Analyze publicly available business data to determine company ownership, years in operation, and marketing spend.

Predictive AI Model for Business Growth & Purchase Intent:

  • Train an AI model to predict the likelihood of businesses investing in a Legacy Documentary based on revenue trends, industry, and marketing expenditure.
  • Forecast market demand for premium storytelling services using historical business data.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Build a dashboard (using Power BI/Tableau) to visualize customer segments, industry trends, and potential leads.
  • Present key findings in a technical report outlining pricing feasibility, customer targeting strategies, and business expansion recommendations.
