We will be launching a beta version in the upcoming weeks and would like learners to help our start-up finalize and implement our digital marketing plan.
We would like to collaborate with students to design and post content promoting our company.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our target market, and services.
- Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, etc.
- Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic.
- Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.
- Recommending a paid advertisement strategy.

LOCVM is a healthcare platform dedicated to enhancing work-life balance for physicians by addressing the challenges of staffing and flexibility in healthcare. The platform connects locum physicians—who provide temporary coverage—with staff physicians, allowing healthcare professionals to take time off or fill staffing gaps efficiently.

To empower physicians by providing them with the tools to create flexible and sustainable work schedules, improving their overall well-being and patient care.
Project Details:
Provide more detailed information about the project, breaking down tasks and milestones. This includes:
- Create Marketing Plan
- Create Marketing Materials
- Recommend marketing strategies
- Refine the messaging tone and visuals to better resonate with the target audience.
- Help finalize a content calendar for social media platforms, outlining post frequency, themes, and timing
- Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and website traffic, providing insights to refine the strategy
Final Deliverables:
Provide details about what the student will upload to the platform as their final deliverable(s).
- Final document containing all of the marketing materials created & recommended strategies.
Bonus steps would include:
- Recommending SEO strategies
- Propose a paid advertisement strategy, including potential ad platforms, target demographics, and budget estimates
- Draft ad copy and visual concepts for paid campaigns to test audience engagement.
For students: To validate the completion of your work, please submit deliverables as uploaded files with a reflection note at the end of your project. These files can take various formats, including Word documents, PDFs, JPEG images, presentations, and more. We request tangible proof or an example showcasing your completed work. If the project involved an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please provide redacted deliverables or a sample of non-confidential work.
