Details

The project involves conducting a comprehensive competitive landscape analysis for Electrical Distribution and Control Solutions within one of the following verticals: Data, EV (Electric Vehicles), Water, Upstream Oil, or Downstream Oil. Each student will focus on a single vertical, allowing for five parallel projects. The goal is to identify key competitors, market trends, and potential opportunities within the selected vertical. Students will apply their classroom knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and industry-specific insights to develop a detailed report. This project will enable learners to understand the competitive dynamics and strategic positioning within their chosen industry segment, providing valuable insights for All Current's strategic planning.

Deliverables

Students will deliver a comprehensive report that includes a detailed analysis of the competitive landscape within their chosen vertical. The report should cover key competitors, market trends, and strategic opportunities. Additionally, students will present their findings in a presentation format, highlighting critical insights and recommendations. The deliverables will demonstrate the application of market analysis techniques and industry knowledge, providing All Current with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
