What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to conduct market research on competitors offering a wedding marketplace, highlighting and comparing key information such as place of business, pricing, etc. and completing a SWOT analysis for Make It Official. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and identifying competitors in the wedding marketplace industry.


- Gathering information on the place of business, pricing, and other key details for each identified competitor.


- Analyzing the gathered information to compare and highlight key differences and similarities.


- Conducting a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Make It Official in comparison to its competitors.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive report on the identified competitors, including key information and analysis.


- A SWOT analysis report for Make It Official, highlighting its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in comparison to its competitors.



Final deliverables:


- All source materials used for the research and analysis.


- A written report explaining the findings and outcomes of the market research and SWOT analysis.
