The project aims to define clear business requirements and design a scalable, user-friendly system. Learners will apply their knowledge of business analysis and enterprise applications to collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring the system meets organizational needs. The project provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and enterprise software development, focusing on UI/UX design for business applications. The goal is to create a robust system that enhances usability and supports future growth.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, workflows, and system functionality.
- Product Documentation: Develop functional specifications, user stories, and system design documents to guide development.
- Dynamics 365 & Dataverse Support: Assist in configuring, testing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 applications and Dataverse models.
- UI/UX & System Design: Help design user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and workflows within Dynamics 365.
- Database & Data Modeling: Understand and work with Dataverse data structures, ensuring efficient data relationships and model integrity.
- Testing & Validation: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying system gaps, and recommending improvements.
- Power Platform & Automation: Support the development of Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and BI dashboards where needed.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
