Joeydolls, an e-commerce brand dedicated to cultural representation, seeks to enhance its digital presence and customer engagement. The project aims to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that will increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and improve customer retention. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing to create a content calendar, design and schedule social media content, and support Meta ad campaigns. Additionally, they will refine Klaviyo email flows and campaigns to ensure effective communication with customers. The project also involves writing SEO-friendly blog posts that align with Joeydolls' key marketing themes and product launches. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, focusing on strategic planning and execution in digital marketing.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed digital marketing strategy document outlining the approach to increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. Learners will also produce a content calendar, a series of social media posts, and a report on the performance of Meta ad campaigns. Additionally, they will deliver refined Klaviyo email flows and a set of SEO-friendly blog posts.
