- What is the main goal for this project?

Right now there is a gap in knowing who uses our services and who comes to Canada. We want to bridge that gap by maintaining contact with them and ensuring a value proposition that keeps them engaged.
We are looking to create a logged in experience where a user creates a profile, saves their progress and we can tailor our offers / messaging to where they are in their journey. The goal will be to create a curated guide for them from application to arrival and beyond.
Our website currently uses custom forms and a custom CMS, which makes it very difficult and expensive for us to do any integrations or make any changes. We want to switch our CMS over to Hubspot and redo our forms to ensure they integrate seamlessly and allow us to build automations for communication.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Research competing sites
- Understands what compels people to create profiles / login
- Design the profile
- Ensure easy log in (email integrations)
- Eligibility Marker that we update with their eligibility as they update their information / profile
- Match the database to the CRM and ensure custom communications including unique offer codes
- Gather user feedback and help us design a form (or multiple forms) that balances collecting the critical information that will help us give an accurate assessment with increasing completed forms
- Help us decide what form builder we should use
- Integrate the form builder on our webpage and with the CMS
- Ensure all data is accurately captured in the CMS
- Set up account records in the CMS to help us organize the data / leads
- Set up automations that will enable us to communicate to the leads accordingly
