This includes providing regular feedback and technical guidance through weekly or bi-weekly check-ins. Training sessions and workshops on essential skills and technologies such as 3D modeling and product development will be organized to bridge any knowledge gaps. I will ensure that students have access to necessary resources including software and learning resources for all tools.
