PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:
We build tools that our care providers and corporate clients can use to help employees live longer, healthier lives. We are passionate about helping employees live healthier, longer lives. Our Lifestyle Health and Wellness, food, nutrition, mental health counseling, and education programs will help provide prevention and chronic disease management, leading towards a healthier and happier life. We are a mission-driven company with an incredible team of lifestyle health and wellness experts.
KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:
- Research and develop corporate lifestyle health and wellness strategies for workplace wellness and lifestyle health promotion for healthier employees.
- Develop creative ideas and strategies that can be incorporated into workplace health and wellness that will prevent and manage lifestyle diseases resulting in lower healthcare costs, lower absenteeism and increase productivity.
- Plan, and develop programs, such as corporate nutrition and mental health initiatives.
- Develop lifestyle health education programs for workplace wellness that focuses on nutrition, physical activity and adopting healthy habits.
IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:*
We want students to help us develop a workplace wellness strategy to grow and engage our corporate target market. We’d like students to develop programs that will maximize the workplace wellness market and what best programs will work for us. This is for our telehealth lifestyle health and wellness service for workplace employees.
We’d like students to help us develop the following:
- Design and execute effective workplace employee wellness strategies.
- Develop lifestyle health education for employees.
- Strategy for social media channels and impactful messaging that should we use?
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
