The main goal for this project is to review Jobby's website and make suggestions for improvement to create a better user experience for Jobby clients so more leads convert. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

- Developing a plan to improve the user experience.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

They will work closely with the supervising manager who will be available for questions between Monday and Saturday each week. They will be shown Jobby's website and and instructed on the areas where Jobby believes we most needs improvement in user experience. They will have 1-2 meetings a week to determine their progress, give them constructive criticism and feedback on what they are doing well. Regular communication will take place through WhatsApp.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

In order to complete this project, learners should have experience with:
- UX design principles and best practices.
- User research and analysis.
- User interface design.
- User testing.
- Reporting and data analysis.
Nice to haves for learners include:
- Experience with web development tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Learners will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project goes along.
